Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a refund:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with accessories, including a blank warranty card, UPC code and no rebates should have been filed and/or claimed.
- Items must be shipped back to us fully insured using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancelations:
- Every order requesting to be canceled within 72 hours of being placed is subject to an admin fee that is 2% of the order value.
- Every order requesting to be canceled past 72 hours of being placed is subject to a admin fee of 5% of the purchase price.
- If your order already has a tracking number assigned, and you choose to cancel and/or return, you will be charged the return shipping cost plus a restocking fee up to 30% of purchase price from your refund to cover the return shipping fee and warehouse restocking fee.
- If your order is set to ship out from a third-party ,distributor or dropship from a manufacturer/vendor, and a cancellation is requested, cancellation confirmation must be obtained from the vendor for your order to be considered cancelled. Any fees originating by to the cancelation request of the order coming from the vendor will be passed to the customer with a 30% surcharge which will be deducted from the refund.
- Candide Home reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime.
Reasons why a fee may be deducted from your refund
- If you decide that Candide Home has to pick up and exchange the item(s) from your residence or delivered address, there will be a shipping fee to cover the return shipping cost.
- If you decide that Candide Home has to pick up and return the item(s) from your residence or delivered address, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
- If you refuse delivery for any reason other than a damaged product, the return shipping cost plus a restocking fee up to 30% of purchase price will be deducted from your refund value.
- If you refuse the entire shipment because only a part of the order is damaged, the cost of return shipping cost for the non-damaged merchandise plus a restocking fee up to 30% of purchase price will be deducted from your refund value.
- Items that are returned to us because the address provided was invalid and the items could not be delivered will cause you to incur a deduction of the cost of return shipping plus a restocking fee up to 30% of purchase price from your refund value.
- If your order has already shipped and you choose to cancel and/or return, we will deduct the shipping cost plus a restocking fee up to 30% of purchase price from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
- If your order included a package discount and any one item was returned/cancelled, the discount will be void and you will not be credited for the total amount of the discount.
- If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your refund value.
- If product(s) returned are discovered to be damaged, or not in the state it was delivered in, we will request you to file a claim with the carrier for a refund, as we request return shipments to be insured.

When A Product Cannot Be Returned
- Item is marked as "Final Sale" or "Special Order."
- Item is in used condition or has been installed.
- Warranty card has been filled out or the product has been registered or serviced, or rebates have been filed and/or claimed for the product(s) you want to return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@candidehome.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, we will provide you our warehouse or supplier's address.
No shipping cost. Beacuse we are charging 30% restocking fees which is including shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Freight Forwarding Policy
- Candide Home is not be responsible for damage, defect or loss that occurs to goods after they have been accepted by you or a freight forwarder, including, but not limited to replacement or refund.
- If the freight arrives damaged, you should refuse the goods and instruct your freight forwarders to do the same, as they become your responsibility once accepted.
- If you subsequently export the goods, either you or the freight forwarder are considered the exporter and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations. Candide Home must not be listed on any export documents, and the freight forwarders address should be used.
- Candide Home will not be responsible for any fees associated with importing, exporting or crossing country lines.
